Our managing partner
Licensed attorney in Mexico and the U.S., and a member of the Missouri Bar. Holds a Ph.D. in Law and a Master’s in Intellectual Property Law from The John Marshall Law School (Chicago). He has been a researcher for the SNI, a professor at WIPO, and a consultant for the IDB.
A research fellow in institutions in Germany, Spain, and the UK. Certified copyright arbitrator by INDAUTOR. Has held leadership roles in technology transfer networks and industry associations. Founder and board member of various companies, with over 15 years of experience in training and consulting.
Currently serves as General Coordinator for Outreach and a Research Professor at the University of Colima. He has led academic programs and authored books and articles on intellectual property and technology transfer.

Lawyer by the University of Colima; Master in Intellectual Property Law by the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA; and Doctor in Law by the University of Guadalajara.
